Four-room flat at City Vue @ Henderson sells for $1.08 million

A four-room resale HDB at City Vue @ Henderson has recently been transacted at a record price in the estate for $1.08 million on 11th June 2K23 when both buyer and seller pen down their signatures on the dotted lines of the sales agreement. Prior to this new triumphed record, the previous transacted price set by a four-room of the same size was sold for $1.04 million ($1,038 psf) on March 16 . Another four-room flat was transacted last year for $1.039 million.
